Let’s raise the barre! High- intensity meets low-impact in this challenging co-taught fitness class designed for all levels. This heated Barre class will strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body by combining elements from traditional yoga, ballet, cardio intervals, and Pilates. Zoey will target lower body and Erin will target upper. Get ready for a fun class that will make you sweat!
