Kids Bootcamp

The younger ones see your discipline. They see your commitment to health as you go to class and work out your mind and body. Now it’s their turn!! Kids only boot camp January 1 from 415 to 5. Ages eight through 15. Please dress them in light comfortable clothes with clean indoor gym shoes. send them with a bottle of water and the attitude to get after it! We will end with a short yoga session
