SPIN: Cycle your way through challenging terrain, whether its jumps, climbs, or endurance riding, you will feel exhilarated. Indoor cycling improves cardiovascular fitness and increase overall strength. 60 minutes class.
PUMP: This weight lifting class uses barbells to perform resistance exercises. Your body will tone up as you gain muscle. This is a fun rigorous workout that raises heart rate and works every muscle in your body. 50 minute class
PUMP EXPRESS: 40 minute class with more intensity.
HOT YOGA: Hot yoga exercises performed under hot and humid conditions. This class uses many yoga styles to increase flexibility and strength in the poses. Expect to sweat buckets and leave feeling exhilarated. 60 minute class
TABATA: Tabata workouts designed to boost post exercise caloric burn so your metabolism keeps burning more calories after the exercise is over. The format is High Intensity timed intervals.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: Whether you're goal is to rehab an injury, increase general fitness, compete at an elite level or improve awareness-TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING is for everyone. 50 minute class
SENIOR FITNESS CLASSES: This 45 minute class incorporates low impact aerobics, weights, balance and addresses stretching and form to increase flexibility and freedom of movement. All classes designed with seniors in mind.
ZUMBA: An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of latin American dance and performed primarily to latin dance music. 60 minute class
WARM YIN YOGA : intended as a beginner or gentle hot yoga class. Introducing yoga poses, breathing and meditation. We hold the poses longer in this class, targeting connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Most poses are done seated or laying down.
VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement" and vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
GENTLE YOGA: This class is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow paced, well supported and relaxing practice.
KICK YOUR ASANA: Our hottest, highest powered most intense yoga class. It's cardio, toning, aerobic and anaerobic training. FUN AND CHALLENGING.
SPIN FUSION: This class is a high intensity combo of 30 minutes of Spin and 30 minutes of cross training exercises.
PEDAL AND PUMP: An intensive combo of 30 minutes of Spin, 30 minutes of cross training pump exerciss.
KICKBOXING: This class is a combo of cardio, boxing, and martial arts, providing a total body workout, which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed and flexibility.
