Women who do strength training live longer.
Studies find that women who strength train two to three times a week are more likely to live longer and have a lower risk of death from heart disease, compared to women who do none.
Strength training is also good for bones, joints, mood and metabolic health. Building muscle burns more calories long-term.
This class will be a great weight lifting workout but, also some education on the importance of women and resistance training.
This class will be discussing intermittent fasting! Peri-post menopause, also some supplements and safe products. importance of Protein and blood sugar, recipes too!!
