Baree is a combination of Pilates, yoga and ballet. Its all about toning the little muscles in the heat!
Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. This class will be warm to help relax the muscle. 75 minutes
This is a vinyasa flow class in a heated room. The focus in this class is linking movement with breath. all levels welcome!
This class will be 30 minutes of vinyasa/ 30 minutes of yin -restorative. All levels welcome!
