  • There are ultimately three components to fitness being cardio, strength, and flexibility. This 20/20/20 format will be spin, strength training and yoga. all levels welcome!

  • Warm Yin
  • Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, so most poses are done seated, lying or reclined. The class is suitable for all levels. Room will be warm to help relax and get the most out of the poses.

  • Yogalates (hot)
  • Perfect for anyone who wants the strength of pilates with the soul of Yoga. Low-impact but powerful, calm yet energizing!

  • Pil-oxing
  • Combing the gentle moves of Pilates with the powerful moves of boxing.
