You will get a full body workout that will tone and shape your entire body all in 45 minutes!!
Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, so most poses are done seated, lying or reclined. The class is suitable for all levels. Room will be warm to help relax and get the most out of the poses.
Enjoy this fast paced class of spin and Trx. 30 minutes of each. Cross training at its best!!
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT)
workout, featuring exercise that last 4 minutes.
There are ultimately three components to fitness being cardio, strength, and flexibility. This 20/20/20 format will be spin, strength training and yoga. all levels welcome!
This class will be upbeat, sculpting and sweaty pilates fun!!!!
