workout, featuring exercise that last 4 minutes.
This class is for all levels. Great if your just getting started
or just want to stretch, breath and relax.
this class will include weights, cardio and yoga, all supported by the chair. All levels are welcome to join us!
Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, so most poses are done seated, lying or reclined. The class is suitable for all levels. Room will be warm to help relax and get the most out of the poses.
Perfect for anyone who wants the strength of pilates with the soul of Yoga. Low-impact but powerful, calm yet energizing!
