  • 45 minute class!

  • Hot Yoga
  • Cardiovascular training though a vinyasa of dynamic asana. An uplifting moving meditation rooted in yoga and based on science. Uplifts the Physical: cardio, strength and functional fitness. Uplifts the Mind: mental, resiliency and emotional fitness.

  • Pump Express
  • The class will use moderate weights and high reps.
    You will get a full body workout that will tone and shape your entire body all in 45 minutes!!

  • Spin and Kick 45

  • Hot Pilates
  • Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high intensity workout performed in a room heated to 95 degrees. All Levels welcome but be ready to sweat.
     
    November is our 5 week Pilates series. This class will focus on core control, posture, and alignment.
