The class will use moderate weights and high reps.
You will get a full body workout that will tone and shape your entire body all in 45 minutes!!
30 minutes of Spin/30 minutes of gentle flow to reset and relax. (room will be warm)

This is a vinyasa flow class in a heated room. The focus in this class is linking movement with breath. all levels welcome!
