Cardiovascular training though a vinyasa of dynamic asana. An uplifting moving meditation rooted in yoga and based on science. Uplifts the Physical: cardio, strength and functional fitness. Uplifts the Mind: mental, resiliency and emotional fitness.
The class will use moderate weights and high reps.
You will get a full body workout that will tone and shape your entire body all in 45 minutes!!
45 minutes of Booty Burning exercises. Erin will be using bands, weights, balls to burn your booty! Heated!!
This class will be a hot yoga flow designed for all levels.
